Where we deliver

LYNQED delivers to all regions of Lebanon.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Many of the items in our catalogue are sourced to order rather than held in stock, which allows us to offer a far wider range than we could otherwise carry. If an item you have ordered will take longer than the times stated below, we will contact you directly before proceeding.

Delivery time

Standard delivery across Lebanon takes 4–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within 5–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs clearance, supplier lead times, and local conditions.

Delivery cost

Delivery is included at no additional charge on all orders within Lebanon.

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on our store are in US dollars and include VAT. There are no additional taxes or hidden charges added at checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a further notification when it is dispatched. For an update on any order, contact us using the details on our Contact page and quote your order number.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will amend it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. See our Refund Policy for how we handle faulty and damaged goods.
