Welcome to LYNQED! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LYNQED. LYNQED operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).

The LYNQ feature is the original work of LYNQED. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, duplication, or distribution of the LYNQ feature is strictly prohibited. LYNQED reserves all rights to seek legal protection, including patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, for the LYNQ feature now or in the future.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without prior written consent is prohibited.

LYNQED is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. However, all purchases are made directly with LYNQED. Shopify is not responsible for any issues related to your purchases or interactions with us.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, some data may be processed by Shopify and its partners in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

11. FEEDBACK

If you submit feedback, ideas, or reviews to us, you grant LYNQED a license to use, modify, and display that content for business purposes. You agree that your feedback will not violate the rights of third parties or include unlawful or harmful material.
